Our Programs

Department offers B.Sc. Degree programme in Psychology with a structure that allows an optimum blend of relevant courses, laboratory experiments and intermittent practicum placements for students in line with the National University Commission’s Minimum Standard Benchmark for Psychology.  The programme is designed to develop the students’ critical judgments, ability to observe, understand and analyze information and to describe, explain, predict and modify maladaptive behaviours using psychological assessment methods and techniques. All these culminate in developing students that are creative, hardworking, committed, patriotic and disciplined and other soft skills required of psychologists to solve the problem of Nigerian society and the world at large.
